I loved staying here and could not stop admiring the spaces (entry hall, courtyards, water features, pool, breakfast ballroom) and taking pictures. The marble floors, hand-painted interior, custom made carpets and furniture that fit the theme, along with the massive architectural elements with water and columns and gigantic bronze statures all make what could be seen as cheesy and over-the-top, instead a truly beautiful place. While this is a modern hotel built to evoke the idea of a ‘Palace in a lost city’ The Hotel (Palace) is gorgeous.
